MENTAL HEALTH - feeling of emptiness!
Ever felt empty from inside, alone, broken without any cause? Needed someone to talk but don't want to talk or have no one that close to share this feeling? Wasting your time for no reason just sitting and blankly staring at phone screen? You are neither happy nor sad?
Well , my dear friends, feeling of emptiness is common if you are sad but we many time feel that without any reason. Long term presence of this feeling can deviate us from our life goals, it can harm our mental health too.
I cannot find any reason for this situation. We suffer we get hurt deep down but we cannot figure out what is wrong with us!
What to do in this kind of situations?
• Get out - No matter how lazy you are feeling just get up from you bed/couch and step out of your home. Go to nearest shop to buy something, go to the park and watch children playing. It's literally helps.
• Work out - Try to sweat out not indoor but out door. Run as much as you want, make yourself tired from core.
• Food - food has some special power to lift mood. Try cooking something different and then enjoy yourself. Compliment your cooking skill.
• Take bath - a cold water bath can give you the feeling of calmness and enjoy singing in bathroom.
• Journal - journalism helps a lot more that you think. Get yourself a diary and write everything about how you feel, what you did. Don't like writing? Doodle whatever you want. Make it a total mess, nobody is going to judge you. It's your personal thing.
These were the things you can do if you are getting empty feeling for short periods like a day or two but if you are suffering from long time or the above things are not working please seek a therapist. There is nothing to feel shame about this.
My friend nothing is wrong in sharing yourself. Don't be afraid of being judged. It should not bother you.
