So basically hormonal imbalance or PCOD is generally caused due to our poor lifestyle habits but it’s never too late to do something. We can fight it. We just need awareness about it.
Hormonal imbalance is quite common now days because of our sedentary lifestyle, level of stress and mental pain.
In this modern time we don’t step out of our houses unless it is important, we are becoming pro at overthinking,we want everything to be easy so that we don’t have to move, we don’t get proper sleep. We care lot more about others judgments than our own happiness and these things are making our life more miserable leading to lots of complications like different types of diseases, depressions and many more.
PCOS /hormonal imbalance is one of them.
COMMON SYMPTOMS -
•Facial hair and more hair growth on body
•Weight gain or obesity
•Mood swings
•Irregular and painful periods
•More fat near belly area
•Hair loss
•Thyroid problem
•Never ending feeling of tiredness
So when we notice that something is wrong with us and rush to doctors and they generally prescrib birth control pills, metformin and some suppliments just to avoid symptoms and signs and when we stop taking medicines we suffer again. If left untreated then with increasing severity of this disease can cause diabetes II, endometrium cancer, infertility and many other complications.
I have spent my last 2 years mostly researching on this topic because I was also suffering with it and finally reached to some conclusions and I have almost succeeded put this problem to sleep with little habits changes.
So my dear ladies cheer up.Yes, you can get rid of it. You just need determination! Everything is fine until you break down. Rather than treating it as a horrible thing let’s try to take it as a chance to change our lives and glow up!!! Let’s think god gave us this problem to punish his beloved children because we took our lives and our health for granted and may be he want to teach us the importance of good health and good habits.
Changes in Lifestyle to follow to cure PCOS or hormonal imbalance -
• Try to opt for homeopathic treatments rather than allopathic treatments. No I am not against allopathic but for long term results try homeopathic until your case is very severe.
• MOVE MOVE MOVE - workout is must but don't see it as burden. Try to enjoy that time.
• Practice selfcare and do things that you like. Try to live for yourself.
• Eat healthy low carb food.
• Drink lots of water and try fruits shakes and juices and detox drinks.
• Try to stay happy, cheerful and stress free. Quit your overthinking job. Enjoy your me time.
• Say good bye to caffeine cause it worsen hormonal imbalance.
• Take 7-8 hrs sleep daily especially at night.
I know it gonna be hard in the starting but I believe you can do it.
Yes! Initially it will look hard as hell but trust me! you can do it. You will get used to changed lifestyle. Just stay positive.
