Budget friendly haircare routine
Hair care is must if you want shiny, soft and strong hair which are manageable too but when we go to store to buy some haircare products, they literally try hard to empty our pocket and due to lack of knowledge about haircare and haircare products we either end up buying everything mostly unnecessary or nothing.
Teens and many of us don't want to waste our money on costly haircare products which can even harm our beautiful tresses. So this post is for those who are looking for a budget friendly healthy haircare routine.
I will leave some tips in the last. Don't forget to read them.
• Hair oiling - it is must to oil our hair to keep them shiny and strong. Oil massaging helps to stimulate the scalp.
For oiling you can use coconut oil, olive oil, castor oil or any other oil which is easily available to you.
• Cleansing - cleansing of scalp is vital in haircare routine because build up on scalp can cause irritations, infections and hair loss but excessive cleansing can strip of natural oils from your hair.
For cleansing you can use any brand shampoo but try to go for natural or organic brands or try to find something that contain natural herbs in it.
• Conditioning - for conditioning you can use any regular conditioner after shampooing but if you are only rinsing your hair then apply curd on your hair from scalp to tips. You will fall in love with this DIY.
• Serum - I usually don't use serum if there is a need then take very little amount of coconut oil on your palm warm it by rubbing in between your palms and apply them on your beautiful locks.
• Masks- Rather than wasting lots of bucks on chemical mask try opting natural self made masks.
You can use egg, onion, honey to promote hair growth, neem leaves juice and lemon juice to get rid of infections and dandruff.
Try exploring.
In the end of the month if you want you can get a hair spa treatment in any parlor near you.
EXTRA TIPS-
•Try opting products containing natural thing and minimal chemicals.
• Instead of dry shampoo you can use baby powder.
• Try investing on essential oils and add few drops in your haircare products and DIYs.
• Rather than using high chemical dyes to hide your greys, use henna with amla powder.
